Happy Peppa Pig!
The new owner of Channel Five, Richard Desmond, has agreed to keep the Five's children's strand "Milkshake" on air and also regards it as one of channel Five's success stories. Mr Desmond has also promised to invest £1.5bn into the network over the next five years.
Even though the children would be ecstatic with this decision, the parent's on the other hand may not be as pleased. The fun loving childrens presenters will now be sharing studio facilities with Desmond's adult channels, home to programmes including Surburban Orgy, Northern Exposer and Wobbling Whoppers 2.
So overall this is an amazing win for the children and also for channel Five's budget. But on the other hand there may be some uproar within the parents of England in future!

Good. The role and funding of public service tv v commercial channels is something we shall be looking at in the future. Good spot.
